Print Online Order Invoice from Dashboard

I'm looking for suggestions of how to print an online order invoice from the 'all orders' section in the dashboard. In the old Weebly site there was a button to print an invoice in a nicely formatted way which I can't seem to locate in the new Square Online orders section. There is a nice print packing slip under shipments, but our customers require an invoice. Its the basic of requirements for an online business and seems to be omitted in the in the Square system.

If I click on an order it does pull up a right hand side bar with a print icon, but the format of the print it gives is awful and requires fiddling withe the print and paper scale every time to get the invoice to a reasonable 1-2 page length, but then it still looks awful and not very professional. It's very time consuming and take a long time to do when you have a lot of orders.

Any suggestions welcomed 😀

Sorry for the delay here. I am going to give you one of the only workarounds that I can think of. 

Export Orders & Generate Invoices Separately

• In your Square Dashboard, go to Orders > Export and download order data as CSV.

• Import that into a tool like Excel/Google Sheets or accounting software to generate proper invoices.

• This works especially well if your customers consistently require formal invoices for records.

I know this isn't super simple, but wanted to provide at least something to try.

Thanks for the work around. I'll give it ago, but it does sound very time consuming. There used to be a button on the old Weebly dashboard, one press and job done. Must have been accidently left behind with the transition to the Square Dashboard. Hopefully the online development time can rectify this soon as it is pretty important to have, basic requirement to be honest. Thank you again 😊
