When a customer tries to checkout it says “Pickup hours error. Please contact the merchant.” when choosing local pickup.
all my fulfillment options seem to be correct. Nothing is working and it won’t even let me add delivery.
please advise

I haven't seen that error before, but my bet is that you have an item that has some odd prep time that the system doesn't know how to handle.
Is this happening with every item or just one? You also mention you can't add delivery. What kind of error message are you receiving there?
Please reply with your website address as well. We may be able to troubleshoot things from a customer side once we see how the site is behaving.
