Payment by link?

My customer paid two invoices by a link.  But square is showing unpaid  and I also didn't recieve the payment.   How long does it take to get the payment by link?

HI @Dorik240 Thanks for reaching out! The payments would post to your Square account within minutes so it sounds very likely that your clients didn't successfully send in the payments. I would have them try again. 🙂
