How to change QR order prep times to location default

Hello,

When customers use the QR ordering method at my walk-up window, their promised pick up time defaults to 5 minutes.  Is there a way to change this prep time to my location's default time?  We fire up everything to order and during peak lunch, it will take longer than 5 minutes when we have a line of orders.  Please advise.  Thanks so much!

The self-serve ordering pre time is NOT in sync with the pick-up time. When is this bug going to be fixed?
