recently all my printers at two separate locations using 5 differant printers have all started not printing the bottom of open tickets ..
My online orders are printing perfectly but when I create an open ticket it prints all the details except the bottom section which includes which iPad it was printed from
I have troubled shooted resetting the iPads, updating iPads, resetting square app, changing profiles on printers,
itโs not a printer issue as itโs happening on epson and star printers
this has only happened in the last week
I am also having the same issue, only started happening after the most recent iPad update. Our android devices still print footers containing the device name and printer profile, but not for our IOS devices.
Hopefully someone at square can look into this .. Iโve literally tried everything I can think of โฆ

We are now having this issue on our Square Registers. Hoping Square can figure this out as we used that to identify if a ticket was for the drive-thru window or our counter register, so it's now causing chaos in shop trying to figure out where things were supposed to go. ๐ฉ

Yeah ours just started today too. I even contacted support who made it sound like it just couldn't be done. And I told them "nope, it was like this for the last ~10 years up until this morning." And then they pretty much summed it up to 'oh, well, it was an update, can't reverse it, sorry.' ๐
