Multiple locations set up and only one shows up under fulfilment settings & MORE

First of all, horrendously inconvenient product and customer service. I regret the day I decided to use this POS (i dont mean point of sale) platform. Should've went with Shopify instead.

Secondly, why is nothing ever easy with this platform? Half your settings don't sync from one screen to other. So as a result, there's multiple problems on my end.

 

And lastly, I've been seeing posts from as far back as 2020, with people facing the exact same issues as me. You mean to say this billion dollar company had 5 whole years to update their platform and resolve these repetitive issues and you've just taken these complaints and SAT ON IT WITH NO ACTION TAKEN TO ACTUALLY RESOLVE ANYTHING?????????? No updated guides, no community posts with solid answers, just Square representatives handing out the cookie cutter "Settings verification" comments and when people comment back saying their suggested solution doesn't work, there's no further responses except, "Please get in touch with the support team", who then also proceeds to give out the exact same solution AGAIN.

 

Anyways, here are the problems:

Problem 1: 4 physical locations setup under Settings-> My Business->Locations, I go to Settings->Fulfillment->Online pickup & delivery, only one shows up. The other 3 locations are not visible. WHY?

 

Problem 2: Under item library, I update fulfillment method options for all relevant products. I tried refreshing the page & the methods weren't updated under "Update fulfillment" setting. I tried signing out and back in to check, still no change. I went to edit item, and checking the fulfillment options and voila they're present like I updated with the "Update fulfillment" setting in the first 2 tries. So, I exit "edit mode", and check again and everything's blank again?????? This is one example of what I mean by settings not in sync between multiple screens.

 

Problem 3: I configure sales tax to be applied to online orders. On the order screen the configured setting isn't applied, there's no line of tax applied visible. After 3 hours of digging into square community posts, I go through all the settings to ensure it's correctly configured, still doesn't help. Thankfully, one person mentioned that the tax is applied after someone fills in the shipping address. But the order is set to pickup only, WHY IS THERE EVEN A SHIPPING ADDRESS FIELD FOR A PICKUP ORDER???? And going back to problem 1 & 2, if I can't update the fulfillment settings or change location settings to pick up only, HOW THE HECK AM I SUPPOSED TO REMOVE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS FIELD FROM the checkout screen? and to make matters worse, when you're on the payment link creation screen where they show you the mock up of what you should see on checkout screen, the delivery address field doesn't show up. Relating back to my complaint about settings not syncing between multiple pages. I see one thing on one setup screen and something completely different on the next.
