One of the items on our Favorites page in the Square POS app suddenly changed into something called "Unknown." I can't tap it, delete it, or move it. Whenever I try to drag it somewhere else it just snaps back into the same spot. I already tried clearing the app cache and data but it didn't fix anything.
Has anyone run into this or know how to get rid of it? Any help would be appreciated!
