 
		
		
		
		
		
	
			We're trying to setup a menu category to only be available for online ordering for Monday & Wednesdays, but we see that "These hours won't apply to delivery apps" is there another option so we can be sure customers don't order outside of these hours.

That's a good question. We don't have a feature like that at this time, but feedback like this is very helpful when planning for future releases! The only other option would be to manually make those items unavailable during those timeframes, but other than that the time-based category would be your best option.

			Ugh, you're right. Those category-specific hours (like Gluten Free In-Store hours) currently only apply to pickup and in-store online orders, not to delivery apps... At this time, there isn’t a way to set time-based menu availability that syncs across all ordering channels.
The workaround folks recommend is:
Manually toggle the category visibility off in your delivery partner dashboard outside those hours, or...
Duplicate your menu and manage availability separately for pickup vs. delivery.
