KDS not sorting orders by time due

We have been using the KDS for about a month now and cannot figure out how to force the display to order the tickets by "time due". What ends up happening is we get so many orders that there are 2/3 pages worth of orders and the system organizes the tickets by time received and sticks orders that are due sooner on the 2nd page. It causes an unbelievable amount of confusion and is really putting a lot of demand on expo. 

 

Also, there really needs to be a way to prevent the KDS from displaying tickets that are no due for X amount of time. Sometimes we see tickets not due for an hour+ so they just sit there on the screen. Is there not a way to only show tickets due in the next 15-20 minutes?

When we don’t have a prep time, tickets will be displayed immediately - and tickets display in the sequence in which they appear in the KDS. We are actively working on sequencing them based on pickup time, regardless of when they display - I hope this helps, @TerrorTacos!
