Items not synching with website

I have been setting up Items for my online shop on www.platinumlbc.com.au/s/shop

If I add or edit most Items they appear on the website quite soon after Save but I have two Items with problems. Despite also doing a re-Publish I am finding:

Item "SKINSTITUTE Multi-Active Oil" in Category "Skin Products" continues to display on the website despite being deleted in Square.

Item "Breakout Clearing Foaming Wash" in Category "Dermalogica" with two variations keeps appearing as two distinct items on the website, with no pictures and with old text in the Description field that has been updated in Square. I've tried deleting the Item completely and entering again but the website doesn't change.

Does anyone have suggestions?

Our team has reindexed your Square Online site from our side to ensure it reflects the latest updates from your Item Library.

As of today, I’m no longer seeing the deleted SKINSTITUTE item, which is great. However, I’m also not seeing the Breakout Clearing Foaming Wash item appearing on your site. After checking your Item Library, it looks like the “Where it’s sold” section for this item has Square Online toggled off.

To fix this, just select the item in your Item Library, scroll to “Where it’s sold,” toggle Square Online to ON, and save your changes. Now that your site has been reindexed, this should ensure the item appears as expected.

Thank you for reaching out and flagging this with us! I’ve gone ahead and escalated the issues you're experiencing with those two items to our Square Online team, and I’ve asked them to apply the necessary updates on the backend.

As soon as I hear back from the team, I’ll follow up with an update and any next steps they recommend — if there are any! They may just go ahead and fix it for us, no further action needed.

Your site is looking great overall — hopefully we can get this ironed out quickly so everything runs smoothly from here! 🙂
