We want to know what our repeat customers are loving! Is there a report that shows repeat customers and what they purchased?
Toast shows a list of customers, how many visits they have had and when clicking into the number of visits, you can see what they purchased. We can sort/ filter these lists for marketing as well.
Please tell me Square can do this as well!
To add to the above fabulous idea….I would love a repeat customer indicator to be visual or flagged when a new order comes in so I know they have purchased from me before.

@hatchkitchen we have the rewards active so we can collect numbers and emails for marketing. If you go to the customer tab with either a name, number, email, it’ll show when they visit and their order history. Hope this helps.
