Inventory Cycle and/or Full Count for multiple locations

If I do a full count inventory for one location - will it zero out our other 2 locations?
I cannot complete inventory for all 3 locations in one day to do a cycle count.

We turn the item to be available for 2 or All locations, whatever location carries that product/brand.

TIA

Hello @erikagm_ca,

Stock counts work on a per-location basis. Performing a full count at a single location will only zero out stock at that location. Since you mention items that are no longer carried it might be worthwhile to utilize the archive items feature

Let me know if I can help with anything else!

Thanks for posting, @erikagm_ca

Can you clarify a bit more what you are trying to do? I didn't quite understand the last two options you had highlighted. For your first question, I believe you need to actually update each location and subtract inventory in order for it to be "pulled" from the location. I am going to double-check this, though.

We have 3 locations. For inventory maintenance  I usually do a  cycle count at each location, and then manually go through the report to zero out items we no longer carry.  If I were to do a Full count in one location - will it automatically zero out the other 2 locations inventory?
