I have my website all ready to go and published it with my free domain from square

My website is not listed on the internet and I have been over everything on my website and can  not find why it isn't showing.  Does it take a while for it to show up I published on Sunday the 23rd any help is appreciated as the support button was no help at all

Hi @brutimus! I'm happy to help in any way I can. I would double check your URL as it seems like there is a typo in the one you gave me. I was able to locate https://oldtownetreasurers.square.site/ and it loaded just fine. Can you please test it and let me know if you're still experiencing trouble. 🙂

Ashley, can you explain why I am trying to publish my page, am being prompter to purchase a domain, but I have already done this, 1/9/22.  I am also unable to get in touch with anyone, whatsoever, and it is highly frustrating as I am paying for a service I cannot even use.

Thanks for the information! It looks like your domain name is active, however, the hosting plan expired. You will need to upgrade to the plan once more by clicking the Upgrade button in the top right corner of the dashboard. 

 

After you upgrade, you'll be able to publish to the custom domain once more. 😊

@BernadetteA I was contacted by Tinashe from your team and was told this issue was being escalated.  This was on Sunday.

 

at this point,  I’m not getting any responses to the follow up messages I’m sending - since no one has followed up, and I also can’t get through on your phone line.

 

What is the next step for this kind of situation that needs to be resolved by your team?

I do see that the rep transferred your request to the Ecom team, however, I'm not able to provide an ETA for you at this moment. You can easily resolve this issue, though, by upgrading your website to a paid hosting plan. 

 

The domain is successfully registered, but you will not be able to publish the custom domain to a free site. Please click the "upgrade" button in the top right corner of the Square Online dashboard to choose the plan that works best for your site. You can view the plan options here

 

I have also added a 10% coupon to the account for you. Please enter the following code on the checkout page to apply: Q2GQUS9F5W

I am having the same problem. I Published the domain but when I enter the website address it is not showing up. The website is www.sandshomeconsignment.com. When I first started the site everyone was able to access it. Now the website is not coming up from anyone. I am still being billed monthly by Square and my current plan still shows it's active. Can you please help?

It looks like your domain name needs to be verified. Can you check your email box for an email from ICANN? You should see a link to verify ownership of the domain. 

 

If this doesn't work, or you do not see the email, please reach out to our support team, and let them know you need assistance from the Ecom team. Thanks!
