Have anyone tried to block some item for the dine-in, but keep it available for the online store?
We want to not sell packaged drink at the store but keep it available for online.
Even if online item is not part of POS layout, users are able to search item by name and add it. We want to avoid this.
Any option to block item for in-store or from POS only?

There isn't currently a direct way to do this.
The work around is a bit longer and you've possibly already explored the idea yourself but what you can do is have two separate locations and set stock out for online and in-store.
Definitely open to suggestions from other Sellers who may have come up with their own work arounds on this though 🙂

I am not sure if having two location will break the flow of Online orders coming to same kitchen as from the POS. I didnt explore this option hence.
If someone have tried it already, then I might give a go as well
I’d see this as a staff issue more than software.
the choices might be wooden or metal stick to hit them with?
Are you using individual logins? Then you can identify any staff that are misselling & deal with them accordingly 😵💫
