How do we set a service charge per dining option?

We are located in Florida, USA and need to be able to apply service charge per dining option.

Toast has it and it super important for every restaurant. 

We saw threads about it from 2 years ago, without any update. 

Square, we hope you implemented this. Please tell us how do apply it 🙂

Hi @lior_balabite I just came across your post, and thought I'd ask if you found a solution?  Can I ask what you mean by service charger per dining option?  I'm not too familiar with service charge sin the USA but could you not have an item on the checkout screen that your servers add to each dining option?
