How do we set a service charge per dining option?

We are located in Florida, USA and need to be able to apply service charge per dining option.

Toast has it and it super important for every restaurant. 

We saw threads about it from 2 years ago, without any update. 

Square, we hope you implemented this. Please tell us how do apply it 🙂

I have put an inquiry in with our restaurants team to see what they have to say regarding this. I want to make sure you get an accurate answer as to if this is available or not and how to do it if it is available.
