Having problems with shop syncing all my products

Does anyone know how I contact support not the virtual assistant ? 

I am having problems with my products syncing to my facebook shop ? It only syncs a few things to my shop (example if you have 1 item but 3 sizes it only shows 1 of these) asked on some small business pages, and they said I need to contact support itself but I can't find where to do that, so if anyone can help me that would be great

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your Facebook sync. Have you had a chance to disconnect, and reconnect Facebook from your online store yet? Thank you for your reply. I will give you guys a call on Tuesday, as tomorrow is a public holiday. Yes I tried to disconnect and then reconnect and it does the same thing.  It syncs some of my products just not all of them.
