Does anyone on this board connect their Square site with Google Business? I have a problem where my items automatically sync, including item name, description, stock, and photos.
However, Google's Merchant Center rejects the item because it says it's missing the price. I have a price, and I first thought I needed to add a sales price, so I added that, but I'm not sure that's the fix.
Any thoughts within the group?

So I struggled to get google merchant center to update with Square, I am sure there is a way to make it connect nativly but it never worked for me. I went to the API's and built a catalog export, then used it to auto populate a sheet for google to update everyday.

My github is linked in my profile and you can also go here: https://github.com/JTPets?tab=repositories
I would start with the catalog export, my original post is here: https://community.squareup.com/t5/Retail-and-eCommerce/Export-your-item-urls-inventory-and-image-url...

Hello JTPETS,
It is very kind of you to respond. Your API suggestion sounds like a plan. I hope I can tackle this, as I am technically minded but not a programmer.
How can I find your GitHub article? Is there a specific link to it?
Cheers!

I'm having this exact same problem. All my items on Square have prices but Google has rejected 74 of them saying they don't have prices... I shouldn't have to build an API--that's what I have hired Square to do!

Googles merchant app is not ideal even when dealing directly with Google. I still struggle with that even with a self implementation
