Hi Everyone,
I have a bunch of items on clearance using a discount. I also offered customers 10% off their purchase if they sign up for e-mails. I just had a customer tell me that they when they were trying to check out, it wouldn't let them use the coupon because it already had the discount for the clearance items. You would think at the very least it would discount the full price items.
I had over 100 sign ups and zero purchases and now I see why. People would fill their cart, go to checkout, get the error when they put in the coupon and then give up. How do I fix this before I lose more sales?

Unlike Square Point of Sale, using coupons with automatic discounts on Square Online would be a feature request. You'll find more information here.
