We are trying to update our address on Weebly and it won’t allow me to change from old address
Hey @JamesP68-
What error message are you getting?
Are you trying to edit it from Square Dashboard > Online > Settings > General? You should be able to select edit and adjust the address.
I am having the same problem...
Items that I have created for my store are "unavailable". I created new items for a new site in square, I have toggled the "mark newly imported item as unavailable" to off. There is an issue with not being able to edit my address in Square, Settings, General. And I also have 2 locations. So I feel like the problem is that the items are unavailable because the pick up location address is not correct, and I can't edit the address, I can edit the name, email, and phone number, but when I put the cursor in the physical address, it won't let me type at all (in Square, Settings, General).
@karrifeeney if you edit the address under Account & Settings > Location on the Square Dashboard (not the Online Dashboard), does the address update on the pickup location?
I was using Safari to log into squareup.com and trying to edit my business address, switched to Chrome and I could edit each text box. Simple fix, but frustrating.
No! My city changed the name of my street from Karen to Liberace. I have the updated address in my settings, but when I am in the store, the name is still Karen. If I want to change it, I am taken to the settings page where the street name is already updated to Liberace.
I can change everything manually, but then it resets all my operating hours as well, and I have to do it page by page. Just kinda annoying and confusing.
Hey there, @photobangbang -
Just to make sure we're on the same page, you changed the address information in your Online Store settings - correct?
After you changed that, did you re-publish the site? Normally, this will reflect changes like that.
Please let me know if that doesn't do the trick and you're still having issues. I am happy to circle back!
