I'd be interested in this. We do open tickets for in restaurant, but delivery/to go/cuboh tickets are closed and that would work temporarily.

Is there a rough timeline estimate of when open tickets will be added? Excited to get this rolling. With all orders (online, dine in, to go, etc) collectively displaying on one screen would be a huge help for our kitchen. Thanks!

So we tested the KDS full tilt last night on a fairly busy night since open tickets just became available. There was one major issue we had that I'm hoping can be fixed soon. When servers would split a ticket with multiple items on it before cashing out the customers, the split tickets would then show up again on the kds and were made again by the kitchen because they show up as new tickets. We made A LOT of food twice last night due to this issue. Took us a bit to figure out what was going on. Hopefully someone can pass this along to the kds team. Thanks!
@streetsideky Thank you for bringing this up to our attention! Engineering is aware of this issue and actively working on it.
We don't have an ETA on the fix yet but we'll let you know as soon as we have an update!
