I own a service business and have recently add Appointments to my website. Is it possible or could I make a suggestion on being able to convert appointments to invoices or being able to send customers a "your item is ready" text? I went in and added the additional parts to the appointment but it doesnt notify the client that I have updated everything. So then I have to go back in and make a seperate invoice for my client to see what was done and that their machine is ready for collection. Thank you for your time!

Thank you for sharing this suggestion for Square Appointments!
If you're using the Square Appointments app, you can convert appointments into invoices by following these steps:
1. Find this Appointment you'd like to send an invoice for in your calendar.
2. Tap Review and Check Out.
3. You can add additional services, items and discounts via this step, too.
4. Tap Charge > More > Invoice > Send Invoice.

When you go to take payment it doesnt give me an option to send an invoice.

I just checked with our Square Appointments team and this is available on the Appointments app on the Square Register, too - it functions just like the screenshots i attached (but larger) @ASAB 🙂
