Why do I not get my payment held since November 2022?

Why am I still waiting for payment into my account since point of sale November 2022, I have written to customer services but no replies.

do I make other sales?

Hi @Design13.  Four months is a long time. Too long you need to . It sounds like there is either a problem with that transaction or there is a bigger problem with your account. You need to get on the phone with them ASAP by clicking here.  CS will be able to sort out for you. Don’t email. Don’t chat. Call.
