Adding Columns to the Inventory List Do Not Stick

I am having an issue where when I look at the inventory list on my computer, the viewable columns seem to default back to ...default... ones and not respect my changes. I would normally think this has to do with my browser cookies, but I have eliminated this.

I would say that it started around 2 or 3 weeks ago, and does not coincide with any change to my browser(s), computer(s) or device(s).

Is anyone else having this issue?

Hello @lennys26 I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. I haven't experienced this issue, and I don't see any place that saved a preference like this, other than the "checkbox" under the plus sign to change the columns. Just a guess to try...maybe turn ALL of the options ON, then get out of that area in your dashboard, and go back into it. See if ALL of them are still turned on. Then turn OFF the columns you don't want, and see if the choices "stick" this time. 

I hope you're able to find a solution to your issue. Maybe another Community member will have direct experience with this issue and be able to advise you on a different solution.

I tested this on my end using a demo account and wasn’t able to reproduce the issue. Have you tried using a different device or switching browsers? To help us look into this further, could you let me know what type of computer and which browser you’re using?
