weebly account access after Network Solutions

Like many  my register.com and networksolutions.com registrar was sold to weebly.com   but we do not have credentials to access the account , cannot reach weebly to sort this out . Any advice ?   we have been on the chat bot with no answers for hours ..please help if you see this and have had experience , I'm sure I'm not alone in this

Hey @venttabs, I dig into this with our team and there might be a few different things here.

 

As we don't have access to your account details, the best thing to do might be to call our team on 855-700-6000. This will get you connect with one of our representatives for sure. They should be able to help locate the account.

 

Alternatively, you can also try signing in via designers.weebly.com using your email and password. If you can't remember your password, you should be able to choose "Forgot Password" and set it as something new.
