sync items on website and pos?

Is there a way to sync the square app to the website?

I have created a website for my small business and post images/descriptions of items I have in stock based on category. I don't sell the items online. At events I use the square app and pos. Then I go back onto the website and move each sold item to another location on the same page to be able to differentiate what is still available and what has already been purchased.

Is there an easy way to coordinate the two so I don't do double duty? Do I need to change my website to be more aligned to retail rather than display/informational? Here's my link, in case it's easier to understand my question with a visual: https://lebongo-designs.square.site/

Thanks!

HI, thank you for the link.  It looks good.  You have a great setup.

Instead of moving the Sold Out items, you could display as SOLD example below.  A nice SOLD scattering throughout your site.  Gives a sense of urgency to other buyers.

You can also add a Sold Category to your site.  ADD each Sold piece to the Sold Category so when you need to see all your SOLDS in one place, just check the Category.  (Don't remove from original Category.)

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the suggestions! I do a similar sold dump category on the app.

I really like the idea of the sold sticker and not having to move anything around. Is there an easy way to add a sold sticker or do I need to edit the image itself?

Thank you!!

HI, you would need to edit the image itself.  Use Canva, that's where I found the Sold banner.

Hope this helps.
