In our Square POS we have utilized variations for products should have been entered as a item (not variation). For example, the item is labeled "Plush", however the different types of plush animals are listed as variations, such as Teddy Bear Plushie, Turtle Plushie, etc. I understand that this variation structure will keep these items from being searchable in the square online store. Is that correct? We have thousands of products and would not be able to perform any bulk activity due to sheer numbers.
