Customer can’t access our website

I can access our sites - 

Nobullies.ca and canadaplateframes.ca

but I just heard from someone who can’t.

heres their info:

“Im running a Samsung tablet with Android and my browser is Firefox. I'm reaching the site because the 'three dots loading hourglass' is obviously a Square feature, but nothing loads”

@AnneC I noticed the same issue around a day ago.

The issue seems to be with the Firefox browser. I had to change Settings "Privacy and security > Enhanced Tracking Protection > Advanced settings" from "Strict" to "Standard (default)" to get the Square website to load.

The Square websites used to work fine with it set to "Strict".
