"how to get it" shows up in shopping carts for digital only items

I see you never got a response to this. I'm having the same issue for "Events" - did you ever figure it out?

Nope. Support had said they would make it a feature request and refused to admit it was a bug not a new feature. Nothing ever happened with it.

It's super annoying. I followed someone else's advice and checked that I'd turned off all of the address required stuff for non-physical products but that hasn't worked either. Today, I'm going to test whether it's the free shipping radius thing that's causing it as that's all that's left to check.

actually that didnt work either - spent an hour on chat with support (wanted to poke my own eyes out afterwards!) to discover that they too seem confused, then they went through a whole bunch of stuff that I'd already tried (as have you) and finally admitted, oh quelle surprise, that it just doesn't work but that we cant turn it off... but, and here is the key; apparently it doesn't impact anything at all in the checkout process and isn't actually used for anything

 

so... I hid mine with some css inside a script tag which you can add in the settings -> tracking objects section and my customers won't have to see that anymore.
