System pages (like the main "Shop All" or category pages) often don't have the same granular page-level settings as custom pages, which is why you can't password-protect it directly.
There are a few workarounds you could try.
• Password Protect a Standard Page: You can create a new, standard page and easily password-protect it.
• Password Protect Your Entire Site: You can set a password for your entire Square Online site.
• Create a Custom "Shop" Page: A workaround for many sellers is to create a new, standard page, password-protect it, and then add a "Featured Items" or "Category" section to that page, only displaying the products you want those customers to see.
