Web descriptions are constantly and randomly changing

I have noticed that my item descriptions format keeps changing. For example, I list the description of the item, hit return to make a new paragraph and then list the ingredients of the item (with "ingredients" in bold font).

Randomly, everything gets moved into one paragraph, and no bold font. This doesn't happen with every item...it's just random.

Does anyone else have this problem? I don't have the desire nor the time to have to monitor every item on my website and then correct them...MULTIPLE TIMES.

Hi @OnLineSeller — I’m sorry you’re running into issues with your site. I know it can be really frustrating when this happens sporadically.

Are there any specific items where you’re seeing this happen right now?

I noticed it again yesterday on my soap items... that's when I made this post. I fixed every item, verified the fix, and then late last night a couple had to be fixed again. One that I remember from late last night was Black Raspberry Vanilla Soap.  Thanks!

Hey @OnLineSeller  — That’s definitely annoying, especially when it only happens some of the time. I checked the Black Raspberry Vanilla Soap, and it looks like it’s appearing correctly now. If this pops up again, please call Support as soon as you notice it. Since the issue is intermittent, real-time troubleshooting gives us the best chance of pinpointing what’s going on.
