hey folks, ive recently had quite a few people mention that they can not complete a purchase via my shop if they use their mobile. I have no idea if this is a me problem and if it is how can i fix this
Can I ask is it the same payment type? Is it mainly apple pay? Also do you have any fraud settings set on your site? Go to Invoice and Payments, then Risk Manager. Do you have any rules setup? We have had many people say the same thing and we have found it is often on their end-not completeing the 3DS Verification, not having enough money in their account or other issues related to their end. It doesn't help you but sometimes if people mention they are having problems it's good to ask what card they are using, where it actually goes wrong etc. Hope that helps.
