is there way to do customer specific coupons online

I would like to allow certain customers to use a coupon code online. There are certain customers that only order online. I would like to supply them with a coupon code to offer a discounts just to certain customers. Is this possible?

@funnyfarm I believe you can create a discount code and in the discount rules assign to a a particular customer group
See screenshot for more info, but you can add your customer a a special group and have the coupon only apply to the group, this should work

When you select customer group, the website box is grayed out so it cant be used online.

Hi @funnyfarm , My apologies, i missed the online part, from what I can gather your best approach is to do an online vanity coupon

Create vanity code coupons

1. Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Customers > Marketing > Coupons.

2. Click Create Coupon to complete details such as coupon code, coupon type, when it applies, and expiration.

3. Click Activate.
