I received this email. no idea what it is on about.

"Hi I was on your page where it asks for accepting all cookies or setting I went to settings and its all dis abled That’s annoying because its my right to not have you looking around with cookies Please change to only necessary" is this a scammer or do I need to do something?

Thank you I didn't see any cookie popup on my end when I was viewing your website.  So I'm not sure if you have that enabled or not.  

You can check out this post from Tranguyen to access and adjust your cookie settings or see what they may be turned on.

Thank you Minion. I did not appear to have any cookie settings. i have turned on the recommended one. Hopefully that appeases my emailer. Thank you for your assistance.
