It keeps leading me round in circles. There are no options available and it won't let me set up an online section in the app without doing this.

Instead of using your Square app, sign in to your Square Dashboard and follow the You have not verified your identity steps in the above guide as a starting point. This should help resolve the loading screen issue you’re seeing.
