I refunded part of an invoice, and when I sent the receipt it was the original invoice without the refund showing. and now I can't find the transaction either on the dashboard or in the app.. but it is showing that the refund was taken from my balance.
I want to send my customer a receipt showing that a refund on their invoice was processed and what the amount was.
Is it something that takes time to appear in my dashboard?
I can recommend searching your Transactions report for the last 4 digits of the card your customer paid with (can be seen on the invoice details), @Trishypoo
