I'm on the phone now attempting to cancel.
I've paid for three months at $32/month and a prorated month for $17, and nothing is going right. Nothing.
Phone "customer service" sucks. I have to explain things three, four, five times to those that answer, then they forward me to someone else that doesn't seem to have a clue.
It's not as if I'm attempting to do something complicated. I'm trying to create a ONE-PAGE site attached to a shopping cart, for three or four items. I think I'll kiss my own **bleep** if I can get just one of them up.
I've hit "Publish" numerous times with confirmations, but what little I did have isn't on my domain name. Every time I log on it suggests that I get my own domain name, which I've had for years.
I just called and cancelled the site (Square Online) and was told that I'd be refunded the over $100 I've spent, which I want back on principle if nothing else, I'll be tickled if I see a dime.
Has anyone else had these problems or similar?
Honestly, how does a company stay in business with such crappy product and service!
Right now I'm looking at alternative to Square Payment processing as well, and after over a decade of using Square, because I'm so fed up.

Was your domain directed to another website/hosting company before you switched it to Square online?
If so did you log into your host provider and change the DNS to point to Square online?
When you click on the publish button, a box will pop up is your domain name shown at the bottom? (Like the photo below)
If not then I would say your domain name is not configured to point to Square online. Also it can take anywhere from 1 hour to 48 hours for your DNS to update.
