does anyone have any advice.. yesterday I started setting up my webpage for my business, I'm adding products but they are showing as 'not available'

Hi. You probably need to make the items ‘visible’. You can do this using Bulk edit - select the items in Online / Items / Site Items. Once you have the items selected the Bulk Edit option will appear at the top of the list. Within this is the option to Update Visibility. Select ‘visible’. Hope this helps. Tony

As Tony mentioned, it's usually just a missed setting causing your items to appear as unavailable. Checking they are marked as visible in your Square Online overview is a great first step.
If you have confirmed all items are marked as visible and still unavailable on your site, please head over to our support article Troubleshoot Non-visible Items in Square Online, and run through the steps outlined. Usually, it comes down to stock availability not being correctly inputted.
