delete white space at top of webpage

On my Weebly website, there is a large white space at the top of each page. All of my pages have no headers. I've tried reading all of the suggestion about modifying the CSS code or add header code on the SEO page, but nothing works. Please help! Here's my website:

I have viewed your webpage in both Firefox and Chrome on a Windows computer, and I see this on both:

Are you talking about the white space between your nav bar and the "Working together" text? Because otherwise I'm not seeing any major white spaces on my browsers.

I don't have a weebly site, I'm using Square Online, so I'm going to be limited help here, but I wanted to show you what I'm seeing, which in my eyes isn't anything major.

From my days with using themes on WordPress sites, though, I'd say try loading a different theme as a test to see if the white space issue goes away. It may just be a theme issue.

Yes, the white space between the nav bar and "working together." Yes, its definitely a theme issue. I know lots of folks have complained online about Weebly themes having excess white space. I'm hoping someone can share what solution worked for them.
