dashboard/sites redirecting to /dashboard - unable to create a website

I'm trying to set up a website in order to create some orders, however I'm utterly unable to do as I simply get redirected back to the home dashboard. What am I doing wrong?

Perhaps you mean a sandbox account? You can look up here(https://developer.squareup.com/docs/devtools/seller-dashboard) how to setup a Sandbox account to test your app and the steps needed to create things in the Sandbox including the Oauth flow for authorization.
