I did a few Discount campaigns when I started online website. When i got enough customer datas i cancelled the discount and changed to the loyalty and coupon code.
Everything was fine until a few weeks ago. I found all those previous discount labels were all back on items screen. I couldn't remove it at all. even the new item is with those labels.
Please help me remove it

I went ahead and escalated this to the team, and they completed a discount resync. I checked on my end and the discounts are no longer showing on your site.

Currently our online store is displaying a sale price for most of our inventory, however on the backend no item currently has an online sale price. When an item is added to the cart, it just defaults to it's normal price, ignoring the displayed fake sale price. Previously we had discounted items using the online sale price, however when we removed them, it left the discounts visible on the website even if they didn't actually exist. We have tried giving items new prices, changing their sale price, and using the update sale price feature for items, but we have been unable to get the ghost discounts to clear on our front end
