I can not access my website handblownglass.ronlucy.square.site on my cellphone

Hey there @RonLucy.. It can't be accessed anywhere. This is because that URL is not a valid Square free subdomain. The correct format is:

xxxxxxxxxxxx.square.site

Where the "xxxxxxxxx" is, there can not be another period. A valid subdomain would be "handblownglass-ronlucy.square.site".

Ok @RonLucy.. I think we have a failure to communicate here. What have you done to create the site so far? Please tell me EVERY STEP. Have you secured the domain with Square? Have you created and published a website? What are the error message(s) you are getting?

Telling us that "you can not get the website" is not close to enough to go on. We need more details if you want us to help you. Screen shots would be good, too.
