Thank you @Hleshner! So from what I can see it looks like when I click on "Shop Now" all your images seem to be fitting just fine which means you have the images set to scale. I did find when I clicked on the the individual items them images were cropped.

  1. Click on Edit Site
  2. Click the Drop down next to the gear icon on the Right-Hand Panel
  3. Scroll down till you find the section that says ITEM PAGES
  4. Click on any item
  5. On the Right-Hand Panel - Click on Item Details
  6. On the Right-Hand Panel Scroll Down to Content
  7. Find Image Gallery
  8. Click on Image Fit
  9. Click on Scale

That Should do the trick of making your images scaled and not cropped!

Let me know if you need any additional information or help!

Hi @Hleshner! Can you send over a screenshot or give your url so I can take a look at what may be the issue?

Hi, thanks for responding. It says I do not have permission to upload images. But  if you open my Square website page, hit "SHOP NOW" these 2 picture, for  example, you'll see the frame is cut off . Thanks in advance for your help..   My square website page is  Hzlsart.square.site.   The 2 pictures I was going to send you are named  ANDALUSIA GARDENS, and the 2nd one is called LAMBERTVILLE FROM NEW HOPE.

Thank you. But because I'm a free user, I don't  think I can edit? On mydashboard / Home Screen I dint see an "EDIT SITE" button or asettings wheel icon on the right Maybe due to not being a paying member? Thanks again, Henry I even clicked my photo thinking the edit site button would appear?

@Hleshner, I actually started on a free version and can confirm you can edit your website😁. If you are looking at your main dashboard/home screen in Square, you will want to navigate to the following

Online > Websites > Website > Edit site

This will place you at the location for you to follow @sacredheart926's instructions

Josh, thank you thank you and again thank you.  Your direction worked exactly as you described it. All my paintings now fit to scale on the website when the viewer open it. I can't tell how much I appreciate it.  Have a great holiday season and a Happy and healthy New Year…..Henry
