Why doesn’t my coupons work for my customers?

My customers coupons that I gave out don’t work. I’m a performance online site & it keeps saying that the coupons are expired. Everything has been inputted correctly & I still have a problem. I have like 50+ coupons and they don’t work at all. Only today I found out it wasn’t working anymore.

Whenever you created the coupons did you add an expiration date or number of coupons used? 

 

This could cause the issues you're experiencing with your Online Store coupons. Please let me know if this isn't the case or doesn't do the trick.
