Why am I no longer receiving Square Appointments booking request email notifications?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Booking Request Notifications.

I have stopped receiving email notifications for Booking Requests......still getting sms though....any ideas from anyone.....?
No settings have been changed (I am a solo operator)

To confirm, are email notifications turned on in the following area of your online Square Dashboard for each team member?

  1. Navigate to Staff > Team > Team Members.
  2. Click on a team memberโ€™s name to open their profile panel on the right.
  3. At the top of the panel, click on Appointments.
  4. Under Booking Notifications, ensure Emails is selected.
