I'm thinking of moving away from Square online as the UK checkout just doesn't work due to the ongoing "incomplete shipping address" problem.
I need another solution to allow customers to place orders and pay easily online.
However I really like the square POS system and the fact that everything syncs really easily in-store and online. It has worked really well in the shop, but we're losing loads of business online and people can't order - unless they read the notice and use paypal.
Is there a way of syncing with another provider / exporting the site / or just having PAYPAL as the primary payment method?
Unfortunately online it just doesn't work at the moment and people want simple checkouts. I'm not a web expert and need something quick and easy

Just tried to find your site - that’s a great price.
I have flagged the date issue for scheduled pick up and delivery as it is in USA date format also address issues in meetings - The auto address select has been changed - also recipients name if delivery address is different to that of the card address for online delivery - I’m hoping its on the road map for quarter 2
HI Twiggy, I put in Eng for the state after that screenshot and that didn't change anything. I would have expected the error to show up what bit of the address was the problem
If the shipping address isn't the same as the card holder address should that matter as nothing shows about the 2 addresses??

It just doesn't seem to work - although we have had orders and some people seem to get through, the Paypal option is fine as well - It's just a bit of a faff that will be losing us orders

Deleted image as it showed address info.
And tried again using another address - still not working
Just not sure what the problem is at all - didn't use autofill and went back and over-typed any info
Your mobile is on that and maybe your address I’d remove the image or mark it up / out as I have done….
Why is you place order blue?
I have to put credit card details in so I can’t go any further I’m afraid. It worked for me - we have however removed google pay and Apple Pay form our sites and no longer accept PayPal even though its a lower commission rate.
Another seller had the same problem - I ended up with a deodorant as the sale went through I can’t surf so I’ll see where this takes me
Went through to payment
Managed to get it all through and the problem seems to relate to the "0" at the front of the phone number. Worked twice without it. Nothing else seems to be wrong - it's just that one tiny thing, but as we can't add anything to the checkout page it's a problem to communicate that to customers - unless anyone knows a way round that?????
