"how to get it" and "select order type" even though we only sell "service" items

The only items on our online site are "services." They're not shipped, not for pick up, not digital items. But the top of the cart now reads "How to get it" and "select order type" with blank options. It's confusing for our customers and we have lost sales. Understandably, customers do not understand why they're prompted to select "how to get it" when they are ordering a service that's not shipped and not picked up...and it only gets even more confusing for them when if they do click on the "select order type" button where they're prompted to enter an address and then find zero options. 

Hey, Weebly/Square -- we're moving our online ordering to a different platform because you instituted this without telling customers and without any option to remove it or adjust it...and you've known about this issue for over a year now.
