When i add a category to my Nav menu it doesn't show

Hey there, I'm Brandon, building a website for a client. I've been a fan of Square for my other projects, but I'm running into a snag. When I try to add a category to the nav menu, it's not showing up. Weirdly, 'Shop All' works fine. Also, when I create a category, the link has this arrow next to it and takes me to a whole new page for items and category settings. That's new to me, and I'm not sure what's going on. Any ideas?

You mentioned that when creating a category, there is an arrow next to the link. Could you please provide a screenshot of this and confirm whether you are adding these categories under the Square Dashboard or Square Online Dashboard?
