Hoping someone may be able to help me. When I try and go to my website its saying error 404, I'm not sure what this means? It may be something very simple but I'm not super tech savvy.

I’m using www.customcreationsbyem.com.au that should lead to my website but unfortunately that isn’t happening

It doesn't appear that you have configured your DNS correctly.
You need to modify your DNS to point your root domain (customcreationsbyem.com.au) and the www version to the square servers as per:

Did you buy your domain via square (i suspect yes) otherwise, do you have access to some sort of DNS control panel ?
I did buy it via square
Sorry I don’t mean to be rude by any means but I’m getting quite frustrated at the lack of help I’m receiving. I’m paying for a service that I’m unable to use which it quite disappointing. I hope to hear back soon.

I just wanted to note that I don't work for Square, I'm a user just like you..
From your square online menu, under domains is your domain listed. If so, does it report as connected/active?
You need to make sure your purchased domain is connect to your square site. There's some more details here:

If you are unable to get it working, then you should definitely contact square support through their official support channels...
