WP EasyCart, Square and Printful Issue

I use WP EasyCart for my online store. It allowed me to import my Square store items, and I have some products through Printful. Printful is integrated with Square. While I had a customer successfully complete an order, and I received the money, I had to manually enter the order details into my Printful dashboard. I know that it is supposed to be automatic. Does anyone know of issues with this and how to resolve it?

Thanks!

Hey there @depost83  Welcome to the Seller Community 👋

I suggest reaching out to both Printful and EasyCart support teams so they can take a closer look into this integration and what could be wrong in the communication between each other.

I actually reached out to Printful. Everything was good on their side. As for EasyCart, support tickets are only allowed if you're a pro user.

Thanks for the tip.

I have the WP-Easycart Pro and have been back and forth with Square, Printful & WP-Easycart and so far have gotten nothing accomplished. I have followed he data path from Printful > Square > WP-E > to my WP site and the only error is with WP-Easycart automatically changing all sizes apparel and rugs to show the same across the board (60” x 30” T-shirt anybody!?). The biggest issue with Square and Printful is starting over with a new idiot that doesn’t read the previous submission and having to start all over again! As for the issue, Printful keeps asking for the order number and whether it is in progress or not on Square. When I got on the phone with tech support at Square, they wouldn’t let me speak to the Engineers directly and kept saying that Engineers need a support ticket number from WP to continue to assist me. They can’t seem to understand that an Open Source means no Customer Support. And so Square continues to point the finger at everyone else even though the upstream data flow stops with them. My next option is to see if I can get Printful to help me create an API to help it work directly with WP-E that way we can eliminate the middle man. I’ll let you know what I find. BTW, Carlos over at Square was the only one so far who had a clue and genuinely tried to help.

Honestly I gave up a long time ago lol. I just use my Square store with the Printful integration rather than have a WP store on my site.
